Star Wars The Last Jedi does it again for the next addition for Star Wars. When I first watched Star Wars New Hope back in 1977, I thought that they might be able to get away with one or two sequels at the most. While they have now done 4 sequels and technically 4 prequels to it if you count rogue one. If George Lucas has started with episode 1 The Phantom Menace I don’t think we would have seen this great success. You would think people would get tired of these stories but they keep drawing you back in. I know I am hooked.
In this brilliant episode Rey (Daisy Ridley) tries to convince Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) to teach her the force. Chewbacca meets new friends. Luke learns about Han Solo. After a few days Luke gives in and trains Rey. Rey and Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) starts seeing each other even though there million miles away.
Princess leia (Carrie Fisher) tries attack to bomb one of the first order battleships. But after that the first order tracks the rebels where ever they go. And the rebels do everything they do to shake them. To Luke dismay Rey takes off to try help the rebels. Along the way Finn (John Boyega) and new character Rose Tico (Kelly Marie Tran) get into some trouble by following orders from Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac) and also with the help of Benicio Del Toro.
Overall I give this 4.5 out 5. As usual great visual effects for this great dynasty.
That’s the way I see it
